I’ve been investing in real estate since 2006, but I accidentally stumbled upon what’s now affectionately called “The Brewer Method” in the heart of the last real estate downturn.
I was stuck with dozens of properties and I had to find a way to keep my business moving.
That’s when I came across a 100-year-old legal concept called, Novations.
I took the concept and applied it to creative real estate investing.
No one had done it before, and over the years, I perfected the model.
With this tool in my toolbox, I was able to find a way to do more deals that didn’t fit the normal box of other real estate investing strategies.
What’s more exciting is that this Novation strategy allowed me to do more deals and make more profit with less risk and less effort.
I still wholesale, fix and flip, and buy and hold.
In fact, my company does over 400 deals a year.
But, thanks to this unique process…
